On the appointed day, I flew in to the area, and we looked at nine houses together. She was unfailingly patient and thorough the entire day, and was especially good at pointing out aspects of the houses that I would not otherwise have considered. I quickly learned that regardless of how late I would call or text, she would respond immediately. Finally, she was a fierce advocate for my wife and me during the sales negotiation and remedy of defects. Even after we had moved in, when some bathroom issues suddenly cropped up, she was there for us in addressing them. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Georgieanna went above and beyond for my husband and me as our realtor. We bought our home from out of state, so she was truly our eyes and ears. Georgieanna braved the cold and ice to scope out and inspect the home we were interested in. She spent a large amount of time walking through the home and large property taking pictures and videos to send to us. As the purchase of our home progressed (and we were out of state), she was always at our new home when we needed her, for inspections, deliveries etc. Her dedication to us as her clients was extremely impressive. I felt 100% comfortable with her on our side during this home purchase. She pays attention to every detail, walks with you through the whole process, kept great communication with us, she truly advocates for her clients. Georgieanna is an amazing professional, but she is also a truly kind and good-hearted person. She extended a lot of human kindness to our family during and after our cross country move. Georgieanna Fisher was the listing agent for my father’s house in Mansfield CT. From the moment we met to discuss the house and the best way to present his home, Georgieanna was helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about the trending market in Mansfield. Because we needed to remove the furniture quickly, Georgieanna made sure to have her photographer take beautiful photos of each room while the furniture was still in place, making the listing more appealing to potential buyers. Georgieanna was on top of all the details involved with the sale of the house and communicated each decision promptly. We had dozens of showings during the first weekend after the house was listed, including multiple offers. Georgieanna guided us to find the right buyer, comparing the pros and cons of each offer. Her knowledge of local services including septic, radon, well, and furnace companies was incredibly helpful as we negotiated issues that arose during the course of the sale. She was willing to be at the house to oversee inspections and she even checked on the home once it was vacant. I am a first time homebuyer and was referred to Georgieanna from my connections. It turns out to be one of my best life decisions to make because she is simply AMAZING! I wish I can find better words to get her credit that she deserves for but I am not a native English speaker. My experience working with her is great. Georgieanna was fantastic to work with!!! We were introduced to her back in May 2017 when I initially listed my home and started to look for our new home.
