It was a pleasure having Georgianna as our agent when searching for our new home. Our process was a lengthy one (11 months of searching) and through it all she was very professional. We told her what we were looking for in a dream home and she went above and beyond to help us find it! She exhibited all the qualities one would want in an agent. She paid close attention to detail, was very accommodating and was quick to respond to any communication. Georgianna made what could have been a stressful lengthy process seamless and enjoyable.  Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Georginna made it as painless and straightforward as possible. Georgienna highly knowledgeable about Tolland area and surrounding towns, she knows the ins-and-outs of buying homes, and was incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings. She was there for us all the time and advised and protected us all along the way till the closing date. We highly highly recommend her.

I am a first time homebuyer and was referred to Georgieanna from my connections. It turns out to be one of my best life decisions to make because she is simply AMAZING! I wish I can find better words to get her credit that she deserves for but I am not a native English speaker. My experience working with her is great. Georgieanna is our realtor and we consider her part of the family!. She has sold two parcels of land for us in Lebanon, and she has been helping during the last three years to find a suitable house for us as we work toward downsizing. (She listed and sold a house for my daughter in Mansfield and helped her find another home for her family too) We have been thoroughly satisfied with her help and assistance in accomplishing these sales .
