Because we needed to remove the furniture quickly, Georgieanna made sure to have her photographer take beautiful photos of each room while the furniture was still in place, making the listing more appealing to potential buyers. We had dozens of showings during the first weekend after the house was listed, including multiple offers. Georgieanna guided us to find the right buyer, comparing the pros and cons of each offer. Her knowledge of local services including septic, radon, well, and furnace companies was incredibly helpful as we negotiated issues that arose during the course of the sale. She was willing to be at the house to oversee inspections and she even checked on the home once it was vacant. Georgieanna's wise counsel and expertise was exceptional beyond what we imagined possible! My husband and I were challenged by a whirlwind relocation out-of-state from the home we had lived in for almost 20 years. Georgieanna helped us navigate all the decisions and hurdles from the very beginning  of preparing our house for the market to a final closing just 8 weeks after listing. Before we even signed a contract to have her as our selling agent, she prepared all the extra volumes of paperwork/market analysis required by our relocation company AND she loaned us her truck for the dump and storage runs needed to clear the house for showings. She took care of getting our initial engineering tests scheduled with the town, helped us find installers for quotes, and was there for us every step of the way. I can’t think of enough good things to say about Georgieanna, I really can’t. This was my first time selling and buying a house and she helped us with it all. She goes above and beyond the job to keep the train on the tracks and to make sure all sides of the equation are doing their part. She’s also ALWAYS available. She responds late at night, early morning, and even when she’s away for the weekend. She never hesitated once to drop everything to help us. I have been in the real estate business for 20 years. Throughout this time I have come into contact with no less than 70 real estate agents. Until I met Georgieanna Fisher. The agents were all the same, lots of promises with few results. I found a house that had been on the market for less then 4 hours.
