Georgieanna goes above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. She maintains constant communication with her client, follows up with and prompts the other agents; (I sold and bought a new home with Georgieanna's help); and is very knowledgeable about the trade. She also brings in her experience of the building trade and will advise on the condition/cost/and risks of pertinent situations. Georgieanna is also very patient and willing to travel for hours to help her client find "that right home". Her caring demeanor does not end with the signing of the papers. She follows up with her client making sure that all is well. I cannot recommend Georgieanna highly enough. She is a precious asset to HST and has been a gem to me.

Georgieanna's wise counsel and expertise was exceptional beyond what we imagined possible! My husband and I were challenged by a whirlwind relocation out-of-state from the home we had lived in for almost 20 years. Georgieanna helped us navigate all the decisions and hurdles from the very beginning  of preparing our house for the market to a final closing just 8 weeks after listing. Before we even signed a contract to have her as our selling agent, she prepared all the extra volumes of paperwork/market analysis required by our relocation company AND she loaned us her truck for the dump and storage runs needed to clear the house for showings. When it came time for photos and listing online, she brought fresh energy and enthusiasm to the staging effort and absolutely transformed our home to look welcoming and beautiful. With all her fantastic help and advice, we were under contract with the first couple that looked at our home! But we still faced our biggest challenge when we needed to have extensive septic work done AFTER we had already moved out of Connecticut. Without Georgieanna's help we would not have been able to get this work done as quickly as needed. She took care of getting our initial engineering tests scheduled with the town, helped us find installers for quotes, and was there for us every step of the way. We can't express how strongly we recommend Georgieanna as a real estate agent. She is knowledgeable, professional, and energetic beyond our expectations, and after talking to her almost daily over these 8 weeks, she has become a dear friend. Through all the work she was there making our house look its best and covering whatever base needed to be covered. We can't thank her enough.

I am a first time homebuyer and was referred to Georgieanna from my connections. It turns out to be one of my best life decisions to make because she is simply AMAZING! I wish I can find better words to get her credit that she deserves for but I am not a native English speaker. My experience working with her is great. She is VERY VERY professional and she know a lot about the market and things that we wouldn’t know about and gave me her honest opinion about things. Most importantly, she has great work ethics because she wanted to give us what we would be most happy about and make sure that we got new home that we really want instead of earning herself the most money. My wife and I worked with Georgieanna this March to purchase a house in CT. We are new to CT, and also as a first time buyer, we don't have any experience on house choosing and inspection, she thought us very patiently. She prepared very well for our house tour (always have snacks during the house  tour for us). She is also easy to access, and very patient to answer all of our questions. She is good at communicating and negotiating with seller's agent. She also has a good connection with banks and home inspectors that really help for the closing process. I would like to highly recommend her as a wonderful agent.

She was very knowledgeable, and very quick to find out any needed information. She had a constant stream of potential buyers over to see our house.  Georgieanna was also very connected to the local community. This meant that she always knew who to call when questions came up about issues such as repairs, zoning etc. In addition she was aware of homes soon to come onto market, and her knowledge also meant that  she was able to quickly recommend homes based on location and neighborhood flavor. My wife and I had had a completely positive experience in working with Georgieanna. Her local presence was critical, since my wife and I were living in the Midwest at the time that we were looking for a home to purchase. On the appointed day, I flew in to the area, and we looked at nine houses together. She was unfailingly patient and thorough the entire day, and was especially good at pointing out aspects of the houses that I would not otherwise have considered. I quickly learned that regardless of how late I would call or text, she would respond immediately. Finally, she was a fierce advocate for my wife and me during the sales negotiation and remedy of defects. Even after we had moved in, when some bathroom issues suddenly cropped up, she was there for us in addressing them. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Georgieanna helped us find an interim home we needed when we found ourselves in a big hurry. She worked well in a completely atypical situation. Flexible, friendly, affirming and fun.
