My wife and I had had a completely positive experience in working with Georgieanna. Her local presence was critical, since my wife and I were living in the Midwest at the time that we were looking for a home to purchase. On the appointed day, I flew in to the area, and we looked at nine houses together. She was unfailingly patient and thorough the entire day, and was especially good at pointing out aspects of the houses that I would not otherwise have considered. I quickly learned that regardless of how late I would call or text, she would respond immediately. Finally, she was a fierce advocate for my wife and me during the sales negotiation and remedy of defects. Even after we had moved in, when some bathroom issues suddenly cropped up, she was there for us in addressing them. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Georgieanna's wise counsel and expertise was exceptional beyond what we imagined possible! My husband and I were challenged by a whirlwind relocation out-of-state from the home we had lived in for almost 20 years. Georgieanna helped us navigate all the decisions and hurdles from the very beginning  of preparing our house for the market to a final closing just 8 weeks after listing. Before we even signed a contract to have her as our selling agent, she prepared all the extra volumes of paperwork/market analysis required by our relocation company AND she loaned us her truck for the dump and storage runs needed to clear the house for showings. When it came time for photos and listing online, she brought fresh energy and enthusiasm to the staging effort and absolutely transformed our home to look welcoming and beautiful. With all her fantastic help and advice, we were under contract with the first couple that looked at our home! But we still faced our biggest challenge when we needed to have extensive septic work done AFTER we had already moved out of Connecticut. Without Georgieanna's help we would not have been able to get this work done as quickly as needed. She took care of getting our initial engineering tests scheduled with the town, helped us find installers for quotes, and was there for us every step of the way. We can't express how strongly we recommend Georgieanna as a real estate agent. She is knowledgeable, professional, and energetic beyond our expectations, and after talking to her almost daily over these 8 weeks, she has become a dear friend. Through all the work she was there making our house look its best and covering whatever base needed to be covered. We can't thank her enough.
