Why Work With HST?

My experience with Realtor Georgieanna Fisher when listing, selling and closing my condo was excellent. She was professional, attentive and proactive throughout the entire process. In my opinion, Georgieanna is very knowledgeable and at the top of her game. I highly recommend her to buyers and  sellers alike.

We used Georgieanna Fisher as a real estate agent when we bought our house, and when we sold our previous house. She did an awesome job on both counts. She was very knowledgeable, and very quick to find out any needed information. She had a constant stream of potential buyers over to see our house.  Georgieanna was also very connected to the local community. This meant that she always knew who to call when questions came up about issues such as repairs, zoning etc. In addition she was aware of homes soon to come onto market, and her knowledge also meant that  she was able to quickly recommend homes based on location and neighborhood flavor. She is one of the hardest-working people we know and it was great to have her working with us.

My wife and I had had a completely positive experience in working with Georgieanna. Her local presence was critical, since my wife and I were living in the Midwest at the time that we were looking for a home to purchase. On the appointed day, I flew in to the area, and we looked at nine houses together. She was unfailingly patient and thorough the entire day, and was especially good at pointing out aspects of the houses that I would not otherwise have considered. I quickly learned that regardless of how late I would call or text, she would respond immediately. Finally, she was a fierce advocate for my wife and me during the sales negotiation and remedy of defects. Even after we had moved in, when some bathroom issues suddenly cropped up, she was there for us in addressing them. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

It was a pleasure having Georgianna as our agent when searching for our new home. Our process was a lengthy one (11 months of searching) and through it all she was very professional. We told her what we were looking for in a dream home and she went above and beyond to help us find it! She exhibited all the qualities one would want in an agent. She paid close attention to detail, was very accommodating and was quick to respond to any communication. Georgianna made what could have been a stressful lengthy process seamless and enjoyable. My husband and I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a home...or selling. We would definitely use her services again...but highly doubt it, because she helped us find our dream home and we're very grateful for that!!! 

Georgieanna is our realtor and we consider her part of the family!. She has sold two parcels of land for us in Lebanon, and she has been helping during the last three years to find a suitable house for us as we work toward downsizing. (She listed and sold a house for my daughter in Mansfield and helped her find another home for her family too) We have been thoroughly satisfied with her help and assistance in accomplishing these sales . She is very knowledgeable in all aspect of the real estate business and we highly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell or purchase real estate.

Georgieanna is extremely versed in her field. Very knoweledgable with rules and laws for each town. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Her and I have a special bond as I purchased the home she grew up in. I can say proudly that we are friends now ever since my purchase experience with her that closed Sept 2015. Pleasant, easy going, not pushy, was a pleasure! Thank you!!!

Georgieanna goes above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. She maintains constant communication with her client, follows up with and prompts the other agents; (I sold and bought a new home with Georgieanna's help); and is very knowledgeable about the trade. She also brings in her experience of the building trade and will advise on the condition/cost/and risks of pertinent situations. Georgieanna is also very patient and willing to travel for hours to help her client find "that right home". Her caring demeanor does not end with the signing of the papers. She follows up with her client making sure that all is well. I cannot recommend Georgieanna highly enough. She is a precious asset to HST and has been a gem to me.

Georgieanna Fisher was an absolutely priceless asset from preparing the house for sale with sound advice about necessary repairs, developing and distributing attractive advertisements, conducting many home visits, and guiding the purchase. She was always there with sound recommendations and very good humor. Selling has become a frightful process that is largely controlled by banks, bank appraisers and home inspectors. It is not a pleasant experience. Georgieanna was a jewel that kept it on track to a reasonable conclusion. I was very, very fortunate that she worked with me. I cannot say enough about her overall effectiveness and kind attention to me.

As a first time home buyers we did not have any clue where to start. Georgieanna Fisher was recommended to us by my co-worker and I can say we did not make a mistake. She is absolutely lovely, kind and she really knows what she is doing. She helped us in every step of our journey and she went beyond of our expectations. We recommend her 100%.
