My mom and I recently relocated out-of-state and had hired Georgianna to help us sell our homes.  We couldn’t have been happier with our decision!  Georgieanna is definitely a go-getter!  She worked tirelessly to move the selling process along for both of our homes while keeping us well informed every step of the way.  She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of buying and selling and was able to clarify any confusing items that came up throughout the process. She was like a friend and we were able to communicate with her freely about any concerns that might have come up. Georgieanna  was very helpful in arranging the home inspections and went above and beyond the call of duty to help my mom resolve some septic issues. Georgieanna Fisher was the listing agent for my father’s house in Mansfield CT. From the moment we met to discuss the house and the best way to present his home, Georgieanna was helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about the trending market in Mansfield. Because we needed to remove the furniture quickly, Georgieanna made sure to have her photographer take beautiful photos of each room while the furniture was still in place, making the listing more appealing to potential buyers. Georgieanna was on top of all the details involved with the sale of the house and communicated each decision promptly. We had dozens of showings during the first weekend after the house was listed, including multiple offers. Georgieanna guided us to find the right buyer, comparing the pros and cons of each offer. Her knowledge of local services including septic, radon, well, and furnace companies was incredibly helpful as we negotiated issues that arose during the course of the sale. She was willing to be at the house to oversee inspections and she even checked on the home once it was vacant. Throughout the whole process, Georgieanna had a great sense of humor and was fun to work with. I would highly recommend her services.

Georgieanna worked as hard for my family as a realtor ever has. As we moved from overseas, we literally had one day to find our perfect rental. We are older adults, yet we have never bought or sold a home so this was new territory to us. We were selling our family home after 38 years and needless to say, that in of itself was very hard for us. We interviewed about 6 agents before Georgieanna. All were very nice but until Georgieanna came to our home, we had no desire to select any one of them. Georgieanna, a seasoned professional made us feel at ease. She explained and educated us on the whole process of selling a home and we felt comfortable asking lots of novice questions. As soon as she came in and sat down, we felt a genuine warmth and commitment from her to sell our home and with that, she offered us realistic expectations unlike some others who may have “padded” approximate quotes for instance, perhaps to simply get our business. As we walked through our place, she noticed things that others had not. One example was a simple comment that we’d need to add a railing down to the basement since this would be a requirement to pass inspection. How would we know this being our first time around? I know that sounds simple, but my point is, she looked at everything carefully. In the basement, she was knowledgeable of our old furnace as our house was an old farm house. We had out buildings and barns, all of which were inspected carefully unlike others who were not so interested in walking the place thoroughly. By the time the initial walk through was complete, we felt “at home” with Georgieanna and both my husband and I knew we’d be contacting her to sign a contract. Georgieanna gave us important staging suggestions and even arrived with a car full or beautiful accessories she thought would jazz up our place. They did! In all honesty, at first when she said we had too much clutter and arrived with some items, I did not understand since to me, we kept our place in lovely condition with nice furniture and items on display. Clearly, it was too much. Georgieanna added her special touches, even going as far as bringing in pictures for the walls, beautiful plates for our dining room table, some throws, rugs and even fluffy big pillows for our beds,. Our house looked perfect for the photographer and we could not have been more pleased. We showed our home during the height of the first covid wave. Georgieanna showed up with booties, sanitizer and gloves for prospective buyers, wow! Talk about paying attention to details. Besides all of that, our communication was spot on. We had an app telling us when people wanted to come to see our place and we were able to simply accept the appointments on the app. Georgieanna also kept us completely in the loop after the visits by email or phone calls. Georgieanna, being in the business, in our area of Eastern Connecticut for some time, was also able to direct us a to a local, reliable lawyer and also explained the legal steps and paperwork needed to sell a home. Georgieanna went above and beyond for my husband and me as our realtor. We bought our home from out of state, so she was truly our eyes and ears.
