My husband and I were challenged by a whirlwind relocation out-of-state from the home we had lived in for almost 20 years. Georgieanna helped us navigate all the decisions and hurdles from the very beginning  of preparing our house for the market to a final closing just 8 weeks after listing. Before we even signed a contract to have her as our selling agent, she prepared all the extra volumes of paperwork/market analysis required by our relocation company AND she loaned us her truck for the dump and storage runs needed to clear the house for showings. When it came time for photos and listing online, she brought fresh energy and enthusiasm to the staging effort and absolutely transformed our home to look welcoming and beautiful. With all her fantastic help and advice, we were under contract with the first couple that looked at our home! But we still faced our biggest challenge when we needed to have extensive septic work done AFTER we had already moved out of Connecticut. Without Georgieanna's help we would not have been able to get this work done as quickly as needed. She took care of getting our initial engineering tests scheduled with the town, helped us find installers for quotes, and was there for us every step of the way. We can't express how strongly we recommend Georgieanna as a real estate agent. She is knowledgeable, professional, and energetic beyond our expectations, and after talking to her almost daily over these 8 weeks, she has become a dear friend. Through all the work she was there making our house look its best and covering whatever base needed to be covered. We can't thank her enough.

Georgieanna Fisher was an absolutely priceless asset from preparing the house for sale with sound advice about necessary repairs, developing and distributing attractive advertisements, conducting many home visits, and guiding the purchase. She was always there with sound recommendations and very good humor. Selling has become a frightful process that is largely controlled by banks, bank appraisers and home inspectors. It is not a pleasant experience. Georgieanna was a jewel that kept it on track to a reasonable conclusion. I was very, very fortunate that she worked with me.
